Guaranteed Signups TERMS & Conditions

A Guaranteed Signup is defined as a person that signs up for a free offer that the Buyer has advertised on their website or landing page. We only accept free offers!!  If your site or page asks for any form of payment (even $.01 cent) or any type of payment information, such as from credit cards, then your website or landing page, etc. does not qualify for the Guaranteed Signups program and will not be accepted!

A FREE OFFER can be defined as:

1. Filling out a form to receive information via email
2. Submitting a pre-enroll application
3. Submitting an email address for inclusion in a newsletter
4. Completing an application for a free membership

It is up to the Buyer to sell their product or service to the prospect. We do not guarantee that a signup will upgrade their status within the Buyer's program to a paying member. It will be totally up to the Buyer and their respective program to convert the prospect into a paying member or to get the prospect to pay for a product or service. SignupsPro.com does not in any way guarantee that the Buyer will receive any form of compensation from the signups. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that a new signup will upgrade their status with the Buyer. What we do guarantee is that an interested prospect will complete your free online form or application, thereby giving you, the Buyer an opportunity to sell them your product or service.

 

Types of Websites and Landing Pages We Accept:

1) Home Based Business Opportunity/Make Money Online/Work from Home - Our main focus is on Home Based Business Opportunity seekers only. This is the demographics we target in our massive advertising campaigns and as such, customers utilizing our services to promote these types of businesses will experience the best outcome and have the most success with our signups. If your website or landing page qualifies under this criteria, then the following timeframes will apply to you:

Guaranteed USA Signups: Allow up to 30 Days to complete the campaign for under 250 signups ordered. If you order 250 or more signups, then allow up to 60 days to complete the campaign.
Guaranteed USA Signups (RUSH): RUSH Signups are usually completed in half the the time it takes to complete a regular Signups campaign. If you ordered 200 or more signups, then allow additional time to complete the campaign. NOTE:  (A business day refers to Monday-Friday ONLY!) Do not count Saturday and Sunday when estimating the timeframe for completion of your campaign! Also, some sites may take longer to complete.

2) All Other Websites and Landing Pages (NON-Home Based Business Opportunity) -  We will accept these types of websites and landing pages, however be advised that your campaign will take much longer to complete and may lag in attracting signups. This is due to the fact that the advertising strategies we use to acquire our signups are specifically targeted at Home Based Business Opportunity Seekers. Keep this in mind when placing your order.

Criteria for Websites and Landing Pages:

1) Free Offers or Free Information Only - As stated above, your website must provide some sort of free offer or provide free information to the prospective signup.  We only accept websites that meet this criteria. Prospects cannot be prompted to make payment in any form before they complete the process. If you have a program that does not allow the prospect access to a free offer or free information without prompting for a payment, then your site or program does not meet our requirements and will be subject for removal.  If this occurs you will be notified by email and have the option to provide a different URL to a website or program that meets our guidelines.

2) Online Forms Must be Provided - Your website or landing page must provide an online form for the prospect to fill out. We cannot track prospects that are sent to your site and not given a means to sign up for your free offer or information. Websites or landing pages with no forms for prospects to fill out will be immediately removed from the system.

3) No Phone Numbers in Signup Area - We are very strict on this. Please do not place business phone numbers in the signup area of your online form. We will immediately remove the campaign from our system if this is detected.

4) Special Criteria for Multiple Pages - If your website or program requires the prospect to enter information onto multiple pages before completing the free offer or information then once the first form has been completely filled out by the prospect and submitted, this will count as one signup, regardless if the remainder of the registration process was completed.  If you have an offer, website or program that utilizes multiple pages for the registration process, then it is advised that you create a custom form for your signups.

6) Special Criteria for Videos - If your website or offer requires the prospect to view a video or intro longer than 30 seconds before presenting them with the option to signup, your account will be subject to removal from our system. If you must utilize these strategies, please limit them to under 30 seconds.
 

Dispute of Signups:

Getting your account credited for bad leads is an easy process. Please follow these guidelines:

PLEASE NOTE: Only signups with bad email addresses or disconnected phone numbers will be replaced. However, if your website does not request a user's phone number, no replacements will be made based on phone number.

To request a signup credited back to your account, please list the entire signup information line as it appears in your admin control panel. You have 7 days from the date listed on the signup to dispute it. Signup disputes older than 7 days will not be honored. You will need to contact us in order for your request to be processed.  The date and time of your email submission will be used to determine the 7 day guideline.

Please note that signups will only be credited if we have determined that an address is invalid.  We will do so by sending an email to the signup contact.  If we do not receive a bounce back, we will not replace the signup.  If you are disputing a phone number we will verify and replace this only if the said phone number is not in operation.  Many times, people may mistake your call as a telemarketer or other annoyance and state the person does not live there or so forth.  This phone number is submitted by the visitor and will be considered valid unless there is a disconnection message.

When a signup is credited it may or may not be removed from your list regardless if the credits have been replaced.  We will not replace signups that have already been replaced. 

Inaccessible Programs:

In the event your website becomes unavailable or terminated and visitors cannot reach your website, you will have 7 days to address the issue by changing your URL.  Programs that do not address the issue within 7 days may be removed from the system without any right to compensation.
